The objective of this activity is to guarantee a smooth and effective implementation of the HITEA project, by respecting obligations and agreements between the Commission and the Consortium as well as within the Consortium. Besides financial and administrative management, collaboration and concerted action between the beneficiaries and an organized processing of the different workpackage activities are major tasks. Frequent assembly of the different consortium bodies via phone and regular meetings will facilitate this process.
